The first home at Willowood was completed in 2014 (No11) and ten years later it is as good as new.  No maintenance has been required other than washing annually with soap and water. the biggest saving is the three-yearly painting bill of around £1000 a time. We held our 2024 open day on 27 July whe we welcomed residents friends, children and grandchildren big and small. A lovely buffet was laid out by the committee with plenty of "refreshments" (in the Scottish sense) available.  The usual childrens' games were provided, a bottle raffee for the adults was a great success as was the local craft stall.  Happily the weather was really good allowing the festivities to drift into the evening.
