Willow Wood Residential Park

Park Homes Scotland Ltd took root in the summer of 2012 when two entrepreneurs one from the home maintenance industry and the other who actually lives in a park home realised the inflated prices being charged by companies from south of the border for park home repairs and maintenance in Scotland. 
Research showed prices in excess of five figures were being charged for major repairs and even small paint jobs were costing thousands of pounds. The partners spent almost a year in research, contacting park home manufacturers and suppliers in a quest to put together well-costed packages which give park home residents the best possible deal from a local Scottish company who could be easily contacted.  Park Homes Scotland Ltd launched in July 2013 from premises near Livingston and already has been involved in work at four different well-known sites in Central Scotland undertaking jobs such as exterior painting, kitchen refurbishment, home insulation  and general repairs and maintenance. On 1 September 2012 the company launched Scotland's first dedicated Park Home Property Agency advertising and selling homes with a full agreement transfer package.  Click on the link on the right for more details.
